It really works. My nails have always been soft and my hair was starting to lighten. After 3 months, the difference is very noticeable. I can no longer see the cardboard and my nails don't break so easily. Problem: even if you swallow the pill with water, it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

I did not notice any effect
I used this product for hair and nails but after two bottles I did not notice any kind of effect so I stopped taking it. Also, since the tablets were pills, the dust got stuck in my throat and it did not work well, I prefer the capsules, thank you.
Utilice este producto para el pelo y las uñas pero tras dos botes no noté ningún tipo de efecto con lo cual lo dejé de tomar además al ser comprimidos en pastilla se me quedaba enganchado el polvillo en la garganta y no me iba bien prefiero las cápsulas, gracias.
