Great but do not take on an empty stomach
Apart from the fact that it has a very peculiar smell and taste, I do not recommend taking it without eating before in the morning because after two minutes I start to feel sick and nauseous, because my stomach is empty, but if you have some breakfast everything is fine. The nails are very strong and I think I have more hair growing, I will continue with them.
A parte de que tiene un olor y un sabor muy peculiar, no recomiendo nada tomarlo sin comer antes por la mañana ya que a los dos minutos empiezo a notar malestar y nauseas, por tener el estómago vacío, pero si desayunas algo todo va bien. Las uñas muy fuertes y creo que tengo más pelitos creciendo, seguiré con ellas.
