How to eat a tidbit
The tablets are large, with a good smell and taste like strawberry. It seems like you are consuming a candy. I am not too sure about the effectiveness, but it is pleasant to take.

I have tried several types of melatonin and this is undoubtedly for me the best, I always buy 30 to try but this time I'll take the 120, easy to take, plus being chewable is appreciated for mñno swallow.
