It is well

Good product to go to sleep if, like me, you are one of those who take hours and hours and the fact that it is like a candy makes it very comfortable to take. The only downside I would put is that you notice how the effect of melatonin is more progressive and does not give you that sleep hit that leaves you K.O. as happens with other melatonins.

Buen producto para irte a dormir si, como yo, eres de las que tardan horas y horas y el que sea como un caramelo hace que sean muy cómodas de tomar. La única pega que le pondría es que se nota como el efecto de la melatonina es más progresivo y no te da ese 'golpe' de sueño que te deja K.O. como sucede con el resto de melatoninas.

The effect is noticeable.

After trying melatonin from other brands, I have noticed the effect with this one. The quality/price ratio seems to me to be more than good. On the other hand, it is not difficult to take. It tastes very good and does not bother to let it dissolve as if it were a candy.

Tras probar melatonina de otras marcas, con ésta sí he notado el efecto. La relación calidad precio me parece más que buena. Por otro lado, no cuesta tomarla. Tiene muy buen sabor y no molesta el ir dejando que se disuelva como si fuera un caramelillo.

Indispensable for insomnia!

I discovered this supplement a little over a year ago and it's been my essential ever since! As well as a good price, the fact that it's a chewable tablet helps a lot (for those who don't like taking pills). It works very well to induce sleep, especially in the case of insomnia and lack of rest. I recommend it, it's the best I've tried in every respect (price, effect, taste,...)

Descobri este suplemento há pouco mais de um ano e é o meu indispensável desde então! Além de um bom preço, o facto de ser tabletes mastigáveis ajuda muito (para quem não adora tomar comprimidos) Funciona muito bem para induzir o sono, sobretudo em caso de insónias e falta de descanso. Recomendo, é o melhor que já experimentei em todos os aspetos (preço, efeito, sabor,...)

Not bad

It feels weird to chew a pill, but you get used to it and it tastes good. As for the effectiveness, I have found it to be a little better than other 1.9mg melatonins I have taken before so for now this is my number 1 choice.

Se siente raro masticar una pastilla, pero te acostumbras y ademas sabe bien. En cuanto a la efectividad, me ha dado la sensacion que es un poco mejor que otras melatoninas 1.9mg que tomado antes asi que de momento esta es mi opcion numero 1.

It was a gift with the order. The pastilles are elongated but not very big and taste like candy. You can suck on them until they melt. They are pink. But I have to take more than two for it to have any effect.

Fue un regalo con el pedido. Las pastillas son alargadas pero no muy grandes y saben como a dulce como a chuche. Puedes ir chupándolas hasta que se derritan. Son de color rosa. Pero tengo que tomarme mas de dos para que pueda hacerme algún efecto.

It tastes great and helps you fall asleep, and if you have a craving for sweets at night it is a good substitute.

The taste is good, it looks like a candy but I didn't find it as effective, I prefer to take it in tablet form.

El sabor está bien parece un chuchería pero no me ha parecido tan eficaz prefiero tomarlo en tabletas.
