Wonderful, it doesn't make you sleepy, you just take it and wake up like new, you rest deeply without drowsiness when you wake up, in my case 6 perfect hours.

Effectiveness

The strawberry and cream flavor is very pleasant (reminiscent of chupachups). Easy to take and superbly packaged. The effect isn't immediate, but I noticed a change after the first few days of taking it.
