Good taste

Pleasant to take and the bottle it comes in is very convenient. I combine a half with a regular melatonin and it works very well.

I bought this melatonin for me and my partner, who sometimes find it difficult to fall asleep. I have tried it and the truth is that I have slept better... but I have woken up before the alarm clock, which did not happen before. I do not know if it is because I have rested better or because when the effect ends, there is a rebound effect. The thing is that today I feel fine, so I deduce that it works.

He comprado esta melatonina para mí y mi pareja, que a veces nos cuesta conciliar el sueño. La he probado y la verdad que he dormido mejor... pero me he despertado antes del despertador, cosa que antes no pasaba. No sé si es porque he descansado mejor o porque al terminarse el efecto, se produce un efecto rebote. La cosa es que hoy me encuentro bien, así que deduzco que funciona.
