Regular ingredients
I had been taking normal melatonin, which sometimes did not help me. I opted for this one because it has more quantity and is extended release. I like it but I think the ingredients could be improved. Removing the flavor so as not to sweeten it would be a good option. Does it work? Yes.
Venía tomando melatonina normal que en ocasiones no me ayudaba. Me decanté por esta por tener más cantidad y ser de liberación prolongada. Me gusta pero los ingredientes creo que se podrían mejorar. Quitarle sabor para no edulcorarla sería una buena opción. ¿Funciona? Si.

It works
I had tried another herbal melatonin in times of stress where I had trouble falling asleep, the taste and format is nice and they are chewable and help make sleep more pleasant without leaving me groggy, it works better by accumulation, on the third day of taking them I start to notice that I do not wake up in the middle of the night.
Había probado otra melatonina de herbolario en épocas de estrés donde me costaba conciliar el sueño, el sabor y el formato es agradable y son masticables y ayuda a que el sueño sea más agradable sin dejarme atontado, funciona mejor por acumulación, al tercer día de estar tomándolas empiezo a notar que no me despierto en mitad de la noche.
