The most effective melatonin I have tried.

I have tried several melatonins, and most of them have the problem that they make me sleepy quickly, but I always end up waking up in the middle of the night, possibly because the concentration of melatonin in my blood drops, if they are not time-released. With this one I have solved this problem completely, I don't wake up for 7 or 8 hours straight.

Sleeping like a log.

It really is very effective! If you want to sleep like a log all night this really is your melatonin supplement. I don't use it very often because it's hard for me to wake up and I prefer to take the non-sequential release but I can assure you that there is a difference between taking it and not taking it. In my case it knocks me out all night long.

¡Realmente es muy efectiva! Si quieres dormir como un tronco toda la noche realmente este es tu suplemento de melatonina. Yo no la uso muy a menudo porqué me cuesta despertar y prefiero tomar la que no es de liberación secuencial pero puedo asegurar que hay diferencia de tomarla a no tomarla. En mi caso me deja KO durante toda la noche.

One week of use, good results.

I usually use melatonin, my problem is that at about 5 hours of sleep I usually wake up, and that's when it's hard for me to fall asleep again. I have tried several brands of immediate and sequential release without optimal results. I have been using this product for seven days and have had a good night's sleep. If I wake up I go back to sleep without a problem. Highly recommend.

Suelo utilizar melatonina, mi problema es que a las 5h de sueño aproximadamente me suelo despertar, y es ahí cuando me cuesta dormirme de nuevo. He probado varias marcas de liberación inmediata y secuencial sin resultados óptimos. Llevo usando este producto siete días y todos he tenido un buen sueño. Si me despierto me vuelvo a dormir sin problema. Recomendable.
