Best melatonin I have tried

I am a person who has a lot of difficulty falling asleep and I have been taking melatonin supplements for quite some time in more complicated times. It should be noted that melatonin is not a panacea but it does help in most cases. Of all the ones I have tried this is the one that leaves me feeling more rested the next day, I imagine that the sustained release makes the sleep is deeper once you fall. They are also quite rich in flavor and the price is spectacular. To repeat.

Soy una persona que tengo bastante dificultad para conciliar el sueño y llevo bastante tiempo tomando suplementos de melatonina en épocas más complicadas. Hay que tener en cuenta que la melatonina no es la panacea pero sí que ayuda en la mayor parte de los casos. De todas las que he probado esta es la que más sensación de descanso me deja al día siguiente, imagino que la liberación sostenida hace que el sueño sea más profundo una vez caes. Además están bastante ricas de sabor y el precio es espectacular. Para repetir.

If you wake up in the middle of the night this is your product. I have used it on occasional days and have been very happy with it, for those days when schedules get out of whack.

Good value for money

Good product. Good value for money. Very convenient and easy to take. Very good taste. I think I need something stronger or with more ingredients, due to my nervousness and poor quality of sleep and rest. So I am looking into the rest of HSN products, to try some others.

Buen producto. Buena relación calidad-precio. Formato muy cómodo y fácil de tomar. Sabor muy bueno. Creo que necesito algo más fuerte o con más ingredientes, debido a mi nerviosismo y mala calidad del sueño y descanso. Así que estoy estudiando el resto de productos de HSN, para probar algunos otros.

I love it

I loved this chewable formula, very effective and much more than the normal powder or pills, I'm a number 1 fan!!! it tastes like red fruit or strawberry is very refreshing and effective 30 min before bedtime, it's worth it ;)

Adorei esta formula mastigável, muito eficaz e bem mais que o pó ou comprimidos normais, sou fã numero 1!!! sabe a frutos vermelho ou morango é bem agfradavél e eficaz 30 min antes de deitar, vale mm a pena ;)

I had tried the regular melatonin and loved it but this one has even more effect. I fall asleep super fast and it also tastes like strawberry candy.
