Good taste. And very good effect. I take two to relax after noon and two before going to sleep at night. I sleep little but deep and rest much better with them.

The best melatonin

I have tried the other melatonins and they help you sleep but when you wake up in the middle of the night it is hard to get back to sleep. However, this one does allow you to fall asleep again.

He probado las otras melatoninas y te ayudan a dormir pero cuando te despiertas en mitad de la noche ya te cuesta dormir de nuevo. Sin embargo esta si que te permite coger el sueño de nuevo.
