Very effective
Strawberry flavored tablet, it is a kind of powdered candy, with a rough texture when it dissolves. In my case I notice a big difference if I take this one because I sleep better for longer, its sequential release really works for me. I would prefer if it could be swallowed, I find it more comfortable in my case.

En mi caso noto gran diferencia si tomo esta ya que duermo mejor durante más tiempo, realmente me funciona su liberación secuencial.
