Effective

I have some trouble sleeping due to a hormonal disorder. I tried it and it has helped me sleep better. I sometimes wake up several times at night but since it is a sequential release it helps me get back to sleep.

Tenho alguns problemas em dormir devido a um distúrbio hormonal. Experimentei e tem ajudado a dormir melhor. Por vezes costumo acordar várias vezes de noite mas como é de libertação sequencial ajuda a voltara dormir.

I don't like it very much

It was a gift from HSN, I take it only on specific nights when I have been exposed to screens until very late or when I am very active at bedtime. I have not noticed much, the times it takes me to fall asleep and the quality of sleep have been similar with and without melatonin. Personally I don't like that they have such a strong and sweet taste, in theory they should be taken a while before going to sleep, when most of us already have our teeth brushed, so it doesn't make much sense.

Fue un regalo de HSN, lo tomo sólo en noches puntuales que he estado expuesto a pantallas hasta muy tarde o que llego muy activo a la hora de dormir. No he notado mucho, los tiempos que tardo en dormirme y la calidad del sueño han sido similares con y sin melatonina. Personalmente no me gusta que tengan un sabor tan marcado y dulce, en teoría se deben tomar un rato antes de ir a dormir, cuando la mayoría ya tenemos los dientes lavados, así que no tiene mucho sentido.
