Good taste and effectiveness. I came from taking sleeping pills and I had a hard time falling asleep without them. At first I did not notice its effect but now I do, I sleep all night and wake up rested, I take one and a half.

Buen sabor y efectividad. Venía de tomar pastillas para dormir y me costaba mucho conciliar el sueño sin ellas. Al principio no notaba su efecto pero ahora sí, duermo toda la noche y me levanto descansada, yo me tomo una y media.

Testing new raw materials

I have tried all the HSN brand melatonins and I was curious to try this one with sequential release to see if I could have a better rest. I have high expectations for this product also because of its raw material. Let's see how it works for me.

Pilla humidity

It's a shame because this format and flavor is great for children, but the problem with chewable tablets, is that they get moisture no matter how well you close them and keep them in a closed drawer or wherever and I have found that they lose effectiveness ... for things like uncoated tablets should put screw cap.

Es una pena porque este formato y el sabor esta genial para niños, pero el problema con las pastillas masticables, es que cojen humedad por muy bien que las cierre y las guarde en cajón cerrado o donde sea y he comprobado que pierden la efectividad... para cosas como pastillas sin recubrimiento deberían poner tapón de rosca
