it releases melatonin throughout your sleep and you rest very well. in my case, i usually wake up 2 times a night or so and by taking this product i don't wake up until the morning.

I have been taking melatonin for more than a year and it works great. It is tasteless, the format with 120 capsules is very economical compared to other distributors and it works perfectly. It is not a product that produces residual drowsiness, it simply induces sleep and helps you rest.
