Excellent

Finally a Melatonin that does its job. Be careful to take it 30 minutes before going to bed, because it works... AND I DON'T WAKE UP at night. I LOVE IT.... I got to know it thanks to a box that came as a gift in an order.

Por fin una Melatonina que hace su función. Cuidado al tomarla 30 mn antes de ir a la cama, porque funciona... Y NO ME DESPIERTO por la noche. ME ENCANTA.... La Conocí gracias a una caja que me venía de regalo en un pedido.

Very strong I felt very heavy all the night, attention the following day light hangover but it remains subjective, I felt good and I took advantage of a recuperating night, one cannot have everything... the taste is very good but I do not know if it is good to eat a little sugar on the empty stomach before going to bed.

Très fort je me suis senti très lourd tout la nuit, attention le lendemain légère gueule de bois mais sa reste subjectif, je me suis senti bien et j'ai profiter d'une nuit récupérateur, on ne peux pas tout avoir... le goût et très bon mais je ne sais pas si c'est bon de manger un peu de sucre l'estomac vide avant d'aller au lit.
