Digests complex proteins well, I feel less bloated but I suppose the nutrients arrive more quickly, don't start training too late because the energy arrives more quickly but also goes down more quickly.

As I have a high-protein diet (HSN pea isolate), this complex improves my digestion with an excellent concentration of protease, which I lack. I combine it with Bromeline, papain and digezyme from HSN and it's a winning combo. What's more, betaine HCL reduces my bloating and improves my digestion as I lack acidity in my stomach.
