I think it is the best product for digestion, simple and practical. I had very heavy digestions, so I have taken it for a few weeks along with digestive enzymes and liv52. Now I take the Betaine alone, 1 tablet with 10 min before eating with each large meal( 3 a day) and it does the job. If after 30 min-1 hour after eating you feel some extra acid you have to drink water and it goes away. I have always used omeprazole for heartburn, but with Betaine I realized that heartburn is caused by bad digestion and since I have been using Betaine I have stopped using anti-acids, an achievement.
Creo que es el mejor producto para la digestión , sencillo y práctico. Tenía digestiones muy pesadas, así que lo he tomado unas semanas junto con enzimas digestivas y liv52. Ahora me tomo solo la Betaina, 1 pastilla con 10 minutos antes de comer con cada comida grande( 3 al día) y cumple con su función. Si después de 30 min-1 hora después de comer sientes algo de ácido de más hay que beber agua y desaparece. Yo he usado siempre omeprazol para ardores, pero con la Betaina me di cuenta que los ardores son por la mala digestión y desde que uso Betaina he dejado de usar anti ácidos, un logro
