Low-fat kefir powder
Good and easy to use
This product seems to me to be very successful, especially for its convenience. I have been "culturing" kefir for years, but I was getting tired of it. But nevertheless, having the powdered format and taking it when you need it, without the need for more is a joy. You can get all the benefits of taking kefir and without the ordeal of having to grow kefir at home.
