Low-fat kefir powder
Very practical products
It is a way to drink kefir without having to worry about the expiration date. Fresh kefir has shorter periods to be consumed.

Low-fat kefir powder
Very comfortable and good taste
Very useful for not needing a refrigerator to add it to all kinds of yogurts, smoothies, etc.... It is not as acidic as other kefirs, it tastes like normal yogurt.

Low-fat kefir powder
Help if you lack protein
I have used it mixed with shakes and only with water on some days when I lacked protein in my daily diet, it is good, not at all sour as kefir usually is, in summer it goes very well, I recommend it.
