I bought it to give a boost in the months of intense study, to take it along with Huperzine. So far I have not noticed big changes, I guess it will take a while. The pill is a little big, but it is swallowed without any problem.

I began to notice lack of concentration and short-term memory loss, a few weeks after taking it I began to notice how I was recovering and after many months I can say that I am fully recovered. It is great for both short and long term memory. I find it a very good quality product, convenient (only 1 pill a day) and well priced. If you compare with other brands, the concentration per pill and the price, this one is very good.
Empecé a notar falta de concentración y pérdida de memoria a corto plazo, a las pocas semanas de tomarlo fui notando como me recuperaba y después de muchos meses puedo decir que estoy totalmente recuperada. Va genial para la memoria tanto a corto como a largo plazo. Me parece un producto de muy buena calidad, cómodo (sólo 1 pastilla al día) y bien de precio. Si comparas con otras marcas, la concentración por pastilla y el precio este sale muy bien.

Digestive problems
I can't really rate the quality or effectiveness because, on the second day of taking it, I have had discomfort and stomach pain. Maybe it has to do with my fructose intolerance and irritable bowel but, the times I have tried again to follow the regimen, the same thing has happened to me.
No puedo valorar realmente ni la calidad ni la efectividad porque, al segundo día de tomarlo, he tenido malestar y dolor de estómago. Quizás tenga que ver con mi intolerancia a la fructosa e intestino irritable pero, las veces que he vuelto a intentar seguir con la pauta, me ha sucedido lo mismo.
