They are very good
I recommend to take them especially if we do not have the opportunity to sunbathe a lot every day, I recommend taking them with vit K2 or buy them containing it.

I have just started taking vitamin D3. But so far, the presentation and value for money is good. I can't yet give an opinion on the effectiveness although I give it 5 stars because I don't doubt HSN.

Easy to take
For me, taking it only twice a month is the best thing. I had a blood test after 4 months and my vitamin D values had gone up, so I will continue to take it throughout the year.

Here I am once again to say that these Vit D are great and SUPER PRACTICAL. Taking them once every 15 days makes them last a long time and their effect doesn't diminish because of this. I recommend it.
