Poor digestion
I have only taken it once and I had the worst digestion, the opposite of what it claims to do. Lots and lots of stomach rumbling for an entire afternoon. I will give it a second chance but I would not recommend it right off the bat.
Sólo lo he tomado en una ocasión y tuve la peor digestión, todo lo contrario a lo que dice hacer. Muchísimos ruidos estomacales durante toda una tarde. Le daré una segunda oportunidad pero así de primeras no lo recomendaría.
