Very good probiotic.

You have to know how to combine it and it is more effective when you are in deficit especially when you are on a very low carbohydrate diet because it helps a lot with digestion. Combined with digezyme is a bomb because the digestions are made without any heaviness apart from strengthening our immune system.

Hay que saberlo conjugar y es mas efectivo cuando se esta en déficit sobretodo dieta muy baja en hidratos ya que ayuda mucho con las digestiones. Combinado con digezyme es una bomba ya que las digestiones se realizan sin ninguna pesadez aparte de reforzar nuestro sistema inmunológico.
