Excellent protein hydrolyzate
The presentation, origin, processing and ingredients of the protein are perfect. I see it as a super useful supplement in people who have decreased intestinal absorption for some organic cause, not so in people who have normal intestinal absorption in which a protein concentrate is more than optimal. In addition, its price is very competitive.

Sour and thick flavor
I bought this protein because they were out of hydrolyzed whey isolate, thinking that they would be similar products (taking into account the differences at the nutritional level). However the neutral taste is sour, it gave me the sensation of drinking kefir the first time. In addition, mixed with milk, it is much thicker than the other one, which makes it difficult to drink.
Compré esta proteína porque no les quedaba de la hidrolizada de aislado de suero, pensando que serían productos similares (teniendo en cuenta las diferencias a nivel nutricional). Sin embargo el sabor neutro es agrio, me dio la sensación de estar tomando kéfir la primera vez. Además mezclado con leche se queda mucho más espesa que la otra lo que dificulta su toma.
