HSN's worst purchase
I bought 2 products because they were on sale; when I received it and tried it, I quickly sent a message to HSN to alert them that they had sold me a product in poor condition. It has a horrible sour taste that tastes like cut milk/yogurt, it does not dissolve or integrate in water, milk or anything else, there are lumps with a bad smell, and the times I used it I had liquid diarrhea. They answered me that they had checked that the product was in good condition, that the taste is like that, bitter. Something that annoyed me as a regular customer here, still I have been pulling other packages, and yesterday I thought I would try againbecause it was supposedly fine, apart from obviously the horrible taste to go through, I have gone FIVE TIMES to the liquid service, with almost immediate decomposition. I would have understood if they sent me a product in bad condition, we are all human and sometimes a product of worse quality can sneak in, but if this is really the product in good condition, it is much worse, they would ask to sell it as a laxative. I kept quiet at the time but I hope no one makes the mistake I did, honestly and being someone who buys here regularly and likes many of your other products, considering that they have the best value for money as well as recommending this site in your clinic, I am not only extremely disappointed but it makes me consider looking for another site, because either they are trying to deceive me by telling me that a product in bad condition is fine, or they are selling a product that caused me a gastritis that I had to be with oral serum for 2 weeks, and that was no coincidence, it has happened to me again. Evidently their product is going to the trash, and I have called the person I gave the other package to tell him not to even start it because it is the worst purchase and the worst product I have ever tried in my protein life.
He puesto una estrella porque no se puede valorar en negativo, compré 2 productos porque estaban en oferta; al recibirlo, y probarlo, mandé un mensaje rápidamente a HSN a alertar que me habían vendido un producto en ml estado. Tiene un sabor ácido horrible que sabe a leche/yogur cortado, no se disuelve ni se integra ni en agua, leche ni en nada, quedan grumos con mal olor, y las veces que lo usé estuve con diarrea líquida.
Me contestaron que habían comprobado que el producto estaba en buenas condiciones, que el sabor es así, amargo. Cosa que me molestó como cliente habitual de aquí, aún así he estado tirando de otros paquetes, y ayer pensé en volver a intentarloporque supuestamente estaba bien, aparte de evidentemente el sabor horrible que hay que pasar, he ido CINCO VECES al servicio líquido, con una descomposición casi inmediata.
Hubiera entendido que me mandaran un producto en mal estado, todos somos humanos y a veces se puede colar un producto de peor calidad, pero si de verdad este es el producto en buenas condiciones, es mucho peor, pidrían venderlo como laxante. Me callé en su momento pero espero que nadie cometa el error que cometí yo, honestamente y siendo alguien que compra asiduamente aquí y a la que le gustan muchos de sus otros productos, por considerar que tienen la mejor relación calidad-precio así como que recomienda este sitio en su clínica, no sólo me ha decepcionado enormemente sino me hace plantearme buscar otro sitio, porque o están queriéndome engañar diciéndome que un producto en mal estado está bien, o están vendiendo un producto que me causó una gastritis que tuve que estar con suero oral 2 semanas, y que no fue casualidad, me ha vuelto a pasar de nuevo. Evidentemente su producto va a la basura, y he llamado a quien regalé el otro paquete a decirle que ni se le ocurra empezarlo porque es la peor compra y el peor producto que he probado en mi vida de proteínas.
Hello Maria, First of all, we are sorry to read your opinion and that you have had this experience. As my customer service colleagues have told you, the product is in perfect condition, which does not mean that you are right as far as taste and solubility are concerned. But you must be clear that you have purchased a RAW product, i.e. a pure raw material unmixed with any additives (sweetener, aroma, color, etc...) And what you have received is exactly that, a hydrolyzed whey isolate whose characteristic flavor is as you describe, very intense acid. This range of products (RAW Series) is widely used by people looking for specific things and who want to make their own combinations, but clearly they are not the best option to find a product "pleasant" to the taste, at most there are some that are neutral but that's as far as it goes. If you tried a RAW HMB or EAA you might find that they are even more complicated to take than what you have bought, or Peptopro as well. Of each and every one we have flavored versions developed by us where we use the necessary additives to make them pleasant to take, or even delicious as is the case of the flavored version of the product you have purchased: Evoclear Hydro where the flavors are spectacular. En primer lugar, sentimos mucho leer tu opinión y que hayas tenido esa experiencia.
Cómo te han comentado mis compañeros de atención al cliente el producto se encuentra en perfecto estado, lo que no quita que lleves razón en lo que a sabor y solubilidad se refiere. Pero debes tener claro que has comprado un producto RAW, es decir una materia prima pura sin mezclar con ningún aditivo (edulcorante, aroma, color, etc...) Y lo que has recibido es exactamente eso, un hidrolizado de aislado de suero lácteo cuyo sabor característico es como describes, ácido muy intenso. Esta gama de productos (RAW Series) es muy utilizada por gente que busca cosas específicas y que quiere hacerse sus propias combinaciones, pero claramente no son la mejor opción para encontrar un producto "agradable" al gusto, a lo sumo hay algunos que son neutros pero hasta ahí llega la cosa.
Si probaras un HMB o unos EAA de RAW podrías ver que incluso son más complicados que tomar que lo que has comprado, o también Peptopro. De todos y cada uno tenemos versiones con sabor desarrolladas por nosotros donde usamos los aditivos necesarios para hacerlos agradables a su toma, o incluso deliciosos como es el caso de la versión con sabor del producto que has comprado: Evoclear Hydro donde los sabores son espectaculares.

Impossible to drink
The most bad proteins I have ever tasted in my life, they are supposed to be "tasteless" because they have a sour taste, but extremely sour, for me, impossible to drink. I have sent a message to the page and they tell me that they are like that, this should be specified in the description. I am very disappointed with this product.
Las proteínas más malas que he probado en mi vida, se supone que son "sin sabor" pues tienen un sabor agrio, pero sumamente agrio, para mi, imposible de beber. He mandado un mensaje a la página y me dicen que son así, esto deberían de especificarlo en la descripción. QUE TIENEN SABOR AGRIO, muy decepcionado con este producto.
Hello, "unflavored" refers to the fact that no flavorings have been added for taste, the taste of a hydrolyzed whey protein is characteristically sour/acidic, and when you purchase an "unflavored" unit you will receive the taste of the pure raw material, just as you are purchasing it. "Sin sabor" hace referencia a que no se le han añadido aromas para dar sabor, el sabor de una proteína hidrolizada de suero de leche es característicamente agrio/ácido, y cuando adquieres una unidad "sin sabor" recibirás el sabor de la pura materia prima, tal y como la estás adquiriendo.
Puedes emplear nuestros saborizantes para proteínas lácteas para dar sabor a tu producto.

Fast digesting protein to take as pre workout or during a long training session,the taste is quite horrible,I recommend using fruit flavors rather than chocolate type flavors that don't go well with their sour taste

Suitable for intolerant people, messirve
I bought it to mix it with the rice one to have all the essential amino acids, and even using it at 50% with the other one, the acidity rises above. The day I tried it alone it was like drinking the whey of a yogurt hahaha but as I have many intolerances (I follow a low FODMAP diet), I tried to put about 2-3 g of sugar to the shake and it neutralizes quite well! I don't have any problems with the texture, it melts well for me. I confirm that it does not give problems to lactose intolerant people.
La compré para mezclarla con la de arroz para tener todos los aminoácidos esenciales, y aún usándola al 50% con la otra, la acidez sube por encima. El día que la probé sola era como beberse el suero de un yogur jajaja pero como tengo muchas intolerancias (sigo dieta baja en FODMAP), he probado a ponerle unos 2-3 g de azúcar al batido y se neutraliza bastante bien! Sobre la textura no tengo pegas, a mí se me deshace bien. Confirmo que no da problemas a los intolerantes a la lactosa.

Taste could be improved
The truth when I read about its composition called my attention because it is just what I'm looking for a supplement that gives me protein and at the same time is reduced in fat and carbohydrates so so far so good.
