It looks similar, but as with powdered peanut butter, the taste is always less than traditional. I think that if you're in the mood for hummus, it's better to make it the traditional way and adjust the amounts of olive oil and add a little more quark to bring in more protein and you'll be better served.
Fica semelhante, mas tal como acontece com a manteiga de amendoim em pó, o sabor fica sempre aquém do tradicional.
Penso que, se apetecer hummus, mais vale fazer de forma tradicional e ajustar as quantidades de azeite e colocar um pouco mais de quark para trazer mais proteína e ficamos melhor servidos.
