Pleasant flavor, although it is milder than a normal hummus you can buy in the supermarket, but it is quite filling, has more protein and better macros in general, and the good thing is that it never expires and does not need refrigeration so buying it has been a success.

This hummus powder is very practical, quick to use and a great condiment to add to your dishes. I was able to take advantage of a great offer, making the price very affordable, and I'm delighted. The nutritional values are more interesting in lentil flavor (less lipids), but I really like the chickpea-spinach one.

Perfect because it allows to prepare, in a moment a hummus with a brutal composition for those who decide or need to prioritize protein over carbohydrates or use it in recipes without the need to have it fresh, being dry it is preserved longer and you do not pay the water contained in the legume itself. The taste of lentils, quite neutral, good for adding spices or even sweet.
Perfecto porque permite preparar, en un momento un hummus con una composición brutal para quien decide o necesita priorizar proteínas en frente hidratos o utilizarlo en recetas sin necesidad de tenerlo fresco, al ser seco se conserva más tiempo y no pagas el agua que contiene la propia legumbre.
