Lack of flavor
I found it a very convenient option since you can prepare small quantities and it lasts in the pantry without going bad. The negative thing is the taste as I found it very bland, I have to add salt, paprika, tahini to make it taste like a good hummus. Without this I feel that it tastes like nothing.
Me ha parecido una opcion muy comoda ya que puedes preparar cantidades pequeñas y te dura en la despensa sin ponerse malo.
Lo negativo es el sabor ya que me ha parecido muy soso, le tengo que agregar sal, pimenton, tahini para que sepa a un buen hummus. Sin esto siento que no sabe a nada

Pleasant surprise
It has been a pleasant surprise since I was expecting a slightly powdery flavor and the truth is that it is quite good. Obviously it is not the same or replaces the original hummus but as an accompaniment and an extra flavor to your dishes is very very good and very good.
Ha sido una grata sorpresa ya que me esperaba un sabor un poco a polvo y la verdad que está bastante bueno. Obviamente no es igual ni sustituye al hummus original pero como acompañamiento y un extra de sabor a tus platos está muy muy bien y muy bueno.
