Effective

Quality-price is the best I've tried, it has a cold effect that lasts about 1 hour, then relaxes the muscles. I use it after trapezius training as it loads me very often and so I avoid taking ibuprofen for the pain. It comes in a fairly large format and you don't need to apply a large amount of the product. I recommend it.
