I trust HSN for the purity of this product, the result is a bit subjective on this type of product. As usual, the closure is not very solid.

When stess has been too intense during the day...

A very small dose (500mg) is enough to relieve the pressure of an emotionally intense day. I usually take it at the end of the day with just a little water (no particular flavour) and I think that's what enables me to get a good night's sleep even on those very hectic days. The loose powder format suits me very well.

Une toute petite dose (500mg) est suffisante pour faire retomber la pression d'une journée intense en émotions. Je le prends généralement en fin de journée avec juste un peu d'eau ( pas de saveur particulière) et je pense que c'est ce qui me permet d'avoir un sommeil de qualité même ces jours fortement perturbés. Le format poudre libre me convient très bien.
