Seems effective and is very easy to take

I use it just before going to bed to improve sleep, and it seems to work. I rest better and my sleep is deeper even on difficult days. It doesn't taste bad (the amount added to water is also very small). The main drawback is that the sachet format makes it difficult to access with the small dispenser; it is better to transfer it to a jar.

Lo uso justo antes de ir a la cama para mejorar el sueño, y parece que funciona. Descanso mejor y mi sueño es más profundo incluso en días complicados. No sabe mal (la cantidad que se añade al agua es además muy poquita). La principal pega es que el formato en sobre hace difícil acceder con el dosificador pequeño; es mejor pasarlo a algún tarro.
