Very complete multivitamin
I chose this multivitamin because I was deficient in some trace elements, it is difficult to find a multivitamin that includes them and this one has a very good composition. I bought this one without iron and iodine because it was the one that was available but it is a good option if you have thyroid problems.

The vitamins etc. are present in good quality. It is very nice that iron and iodine have been omitted, so you can adjust them individually. As I don't have a deficiency, I couldn't detect any direct effect.

Fantastic multivitamin as ingredients and price (for example there is magnesium citrate and not oxide). The odor is not the best but it's still good.
