Excellent Multivitamin & Mineral supplement, I bought it to replace a thousand cans I had lying around the house. I take the iron separately (Bisglycinate), to increase lemoglobin, so I don't have to worry about any dosages adding up. Two a day, ensure throughout the arch of the day, a constant supply of Vitamins and Minerals. I recommend taking them mid-meal; by doing so, no aftertaste sensations are created while digesting this supplement. Excellent cost/performance balance, 120 capsules safely cover 2 months. Recommended.

Ottimo integratore Multivitaminico & Minerale, l'ho acquistato in sostituzione di mille barattoli che avevo in giro per casa. Il ferro lo assumo a parte (Bisglicinato), per aumentare l'emoglobina, quindi non mi devo preoccupare per eventuali dosaggi che si vanno a sommare.
