Vitamins in an easy-to-swallow capsule. I like being able to choose half the dose with just one capsule. The effects are noticeable in about a week, providing that extra point of daily energy that combats the fatigue of daily activity. Very practical multivitamin for supplementing many substances in just two caps. The dosages are almost all perfect for a product of this type. For some people being very complete it is a bit heavy to digest, but that is a subjective thing that if it happens with this would happen with other products of the same nature. Good product.

Multivitaminico molto pratico per integrare molte sostanze in sole due caps. I dosaggi sono quasi tutti perfetti per un prodotto di questo tipo. Per alcune persone essendo molto completo risulta un po' pesante da digerire, ma è una cosa soggettiva che se capita con questo capiterebbe anche con altri prodotti della stessa natura.
