Very good

Excellent source of vitamin B12. Gives food a cheesy taste and smell, without the associated calories and fat. Very good for adding to pasta dishes.

Nutritional (Engevita®) yeast flakes

Very good. Intense flavor and aroma

I am vegan and I use it in salads, to make vegan parmesan, on fresh tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and this is very good. Intense flavor. I liked it a lot. The criticism: packaging too large for the amount of product. Be eco and adjust sizes.
