Good yeast
With a slight cheese flavor I sprinkle it on soups or pasta, I do not find the flavor too strong, its vitamins and minerals are noticeable in a healthier and shinier hair. The bad thing is the bag that comes with the defective closure but in all HSN products in bags that I have bought.
Con un ligero sabor a queso la espolvoreo sobre sopas o pasta, no me parece muy fuerte el sabor, sus vitaminas y minerales se notan en un cabello mas sano y brillante. Lo malo la bolsa que viene con el cierre defectuoso pero en todos los productos HSN en bolsa que he comprado.

An indispensable product
Nutritional yeast provides all the B vitamins as well as pseudo-vitamins (such as B10 or PABA). Mixed with yoghurt, I find it very good. I take it every day to get my ration of water-soluble vitamins.
La levure nutritionnelle apporte toutes les vitamines du groupe B ainsi que les pseudo-vitamines (comme la B10 ou PABA). Mélangée à du yaourt, je trouve ça très bon. J'en prends tous les jours pour avoir la ration de vitamines hydro-solubles.
