It's one of the most complete I've seen, with no iodine or iron, natural, easy to swallow and it's a good price. I take it in seasons; when I finish a pack I take a break for a while and then I come back. Mostly I take it in summer and winter (because of the heat, sweat, and the immune system). Very happy.

Lo mismo que el título :) Es de los más completos que he visto sin yodo ni hierro, natural, fácil de tragar y está bien de precio.
