Good but not magic

It helps you when you do not follow a Spartan diet, but it does not work miracles either. I didn't notice any significant change that would justify buying it on an ongoing basis.

Satiating

It is Mango tract. I was quite surprised that it satiates and reduces the urge to snack between meals. Although I have the feeling that it loses its effect over time.

It works

The truth is that we notice it a lot because we do not feel the anxiety that we had before eating to eat at all hours.
