I used to take B12 tablets, I tried this liquid and I loved it. The taste isn't as bad as they say, it's perfectly pleasant. I find that some tablets can smell much worse than the taste of this vitamin, and in 3 drops you can hardly feel it. Very practical and easy to take. If my B12 levels remain the same, I won't take it in tablet form again.

Considero que alguns comprimidos podem ter um cheiro bem pior que o sabor desta vitamina, e em 3 gotas mal se sente. Bastante prático e fácil de tomar. Se os valores de B12 se mantiverem, não volto a tomar em comprimido.
