I use only 1 drop a day, I put it under the tongue, the taste is not very pleasant, but the drops do their job, I have gone from an analysis with a vitamin d deficit to having it in a normal range. The only downside is that sometimes when opening them, the cap rotates but the dosing nipple sticks and it is very difficult to open the bottle.

Utilizo 1 sola gota al día, la pongo debajo de la lengua, el sabor no es muy agradable, pero las gotas hacen su función he pasado de una analítica con un déficit de vitamina d a tenerlo en un rango normal. La única pega que le pongo es que a veces a la hora de abrirlas el tapón gira pero la tetina dosificadora se queda pegada y cuesta mucho abrir el frasco.
