Very comfortable to drink.

I was looking for a supplement with an adequate dose for my problem (insufficient amount of vitamin D in my last analysis) and vitamin K2 and I have found it combined and at a very good price. Essential for those months where the absorption of Vitamin D is scarce. It also helps to improve mood, as it influences serotonin levels.
Buscaba un suplemento con una dosis adecuada a mi problema (cantidad insuficiente de vitamina D en mis últimas analíticas) y vitamina K2 y lo he encontrado combinado y a muy buen precio. Imprescindible para esos meses donde la absorción de Vitamina D es escasa. También ayuda a mejorar el estado de ánimo, ya que influye en los niveles de serotonina.

It's okay.
I like the fact that it is in drop format. In winter I do take the 4 drops recommended by the manufacturer, but during the sunny months I lower the dosage. As for the taste, it tastes a bit like oil (reminds me of flax) but it's not bad. If you don't like the taste you can always mix it in a spoon with a little yogurt for example.
Me gusta que sea en formato gotas. En invierno sí que tomo las 4 gotas que recomienda el fabricante, pero durante los meses que me da más el sol bajo la dosis. En cuanto al sabor, sabe un poco a aceite (me recuerda al lino) pero no está mal. Si no te gusta mucho el sabor siempre lo puedes mezclar en la cuchara con un poco de yogur por ejemplo.
