I was reluctant but I love it
I don't like 0 sauces, they usually have weird flavors or sweeteners that give me diarrhea, I love this and the whole range, I have chronic intestinal disease and they are great for me, plus all the ones in this range are amazing.

Quite similar
It tastes quite similar to the original formula. I have only used it to dress salads, I have not yet tried it on hamburger-type meats and that because I do not usually eat. In salads it is very good, it gives an especially rich touch. Anyway, as pure mustard is already healthy in itself, this sauce is more of a whim to cut calories than a healthier alternative.
Sabor bastante parecido a la fórmula original. Yo solo la he usado para aderezar ensaladas, todavía no la he probado en carnes tipo hamburguesa y eso porque no suelo comer. En ensaladas queda muy bien, le da un toque especialmente rico. De todas formas, al ser la mostaza pura saludable ya de por sí, esta salsa es más bien un capricho para recortar calorías que una alternativa más sana.

I was pleasantly surprised, by taste and texture, I only find a strong aftertaste at the end as vinegar, for everything else is super successful and I'm glad to have two jars of this sauce at home to dress my dishes.
