Creatine monohydrate (1000mg creatine)

Comfort

I chose this format for convenience as I used to take it in powder form and I did not like the texture it has in the mouth, this way it is comfortable and just as effective.

Creatine monohydrate (1000mg creatine)

Good

More convenient to take than powder. The packaging is large, but a box of pills ensures portability. Fast shipping and no problems at all.

Easy absorption

I have tried it in capsules, it is more convenient to take, I have not noticed any difference compared to the powder.

Creatine monohydrate (1000mg creatine)

Well

Very good, the only drawback is that the capsules are excessively large, they should be smaller and have to consume more doses, because you have to help yourself with a lot of water.
