It has a more intense flavor than rice flour, but it dissolves better and makes much more volume. Like rice flour, it gets much better after standing in the fridge for a few hours. I prefer regular rice flour anyway.

Tem um sabor mais intenso que a farinha de arroz, em contrapartida dissolve melhor e faz muito mais volume. Tal como a farinha de arroz, fica muito melhor depois de repousar uma horas no frigorífico. De qualquer maneira prefiro a farinha de arroz normal.

I ordered the 3 kg format, I find it useful to not have to be pending in a while, I use it for track race training, but you have to be careful not to eat it too close to the training, otherwise everything OK. It seems that it does not dissolve well, but if you keep giving it turns, it is perfect.

Me pedí el formato de 3 kg, me resulta útil para no tener que estar pendiente en un tiempo, lo uso para entrenamientos de carrera en pista, pero hay que tener cuidado con no comerlo muy cercano al entreno, por lo demás todo OK. Parece que no se disuelve bien, pero si le sigues dando vueltas, queda perfecto.
