It couldn’t be easier to make a quick pre- or post-workout snack. I alternate between the unflavoured rice cream and the chocolate-flavoured one. I always keep a pack of each at home. The unflavoured one goes with pretty much any flavour, and I love mixing it with HSN Keto matcha. It’s absolutely delicious — I’d definitely recommend it ;)

Pas plus simple pour se faire un encas minute pré ou post training. J'alterne entre la crème de riz goût neutre et celle goût chocolat. J'en ai toujours un paquet de chaque à la maison. La neutre a l'avantage de se marier avec tout ce que l'on veut en terme de goûts et pour ma part, j'adore la mélanger avec le KETO MATCHA HSN. C'est tout simplement délicieux je vous le recommande ;)

It has a good texture and good taste however I think it is a little sweet I ordered it in custard flavor but it doesn't taste much custard although if I mix it with a little cinnamon it is very very good and also a little sweet for my taste.
