Hi I have tried Carnosyn and it is effective. In 3 or 4 weeks I have noticed the results. The paresthesia at the beginning is more evident and becomes very rare, but little by little, almost not even noticeable. I do not know if the price difference with the -normal-, that I have not taken it is worth it or if the quality is better in this or not, but if it is effective As for the packaging, especially in small, 150g are a nuisance.

He probado la Carnosyn y es efectiva. En 3 o 4 semanas he notado los resultados. La parestesia al principio es más evidente y se hace muy raro, pero poco a poco, casi ni se nota.
No se si la diferencia de precio con la -normal-, que no la he tomado merece la pena o si la calidad es mejor en esta o no, pero si es efectiva
En cuanto al envase, sobre todos en los pequeños, 150g son un incordio.

I already know the product and its benefits from other brands. I have to see how this one responds, although being HSN I have no doubt that it is a top product. I would prefer the presentation in a jar instead of a bag for practicality, even if it is more expensive.

I mix it with the protein and unflavored creatine and then I take it out, it doesn't change the taste of the protein at all and I guess it will be working for me, I don't do a blood test every time I add a new supplement to my body, but I certainly work harder and better in my sessions.
Lo mezclo con la proteína y creatina sin sabor y al saco, no cambia para nada el sabor de la proteína y supongo que me estará haciendo efecto, no me hago una analítica cada vez que incorporo algún suplemento nuevo a mí ser, pero desde luego trabajo más y mejor en mis sesiones.
