A substantial improvement over previous HSN gels in terms of ingredient composition and texture. In my case the incorporation of the neutral flavor is also fundamental. Only one but: somewhat low in sodium.

Improve other brands
I bought the unflavored version (I don't like sweet... ) and, although it does have a little sugary undertone, it's nice that it's almost neutral. The texture is liquid enough that you don't need water (equal or better than other brands I've tried before). Pending evaluation of its long-term efficiency: great chances of being my reference gels from now on.
Compré la versión sin sabor (no me gusta el dulce... ) y, aunque si tiene un pequeño fondo azucarado, se agradece que sea casi neutro. La textura es suficientemente líquida como para que no te haga falta agua (igual o mejor que otras marcas que he probado antes). A falta de valorar su eficiencia a largo plazo: grandes opciones de ser mis geles de referencia desde ahora.

I have used many brands and I choose this product for several reasons: price, effectiveness and ease of use. I like to combine it with evotonic in my bike bottle on long rides. For hotter days, I prefer to use the hydrogel, because of its more liquid texture.
