The tablet is easy to swallow. What I like most is that the amount in mg per tablet is just right, so I don’t need to take 2-3 tablets like I do with other brands. When it’s out of stock, I switch to the HSN one, which is great too. I’ve noticed I overthink less at night and find it easier to fall asleep.
