Good absorption

I'm really happy with this liposomal iron because it absorbs much better and doesn't cause gastrointestinal issues. As the only downside, the last bottle I bought smelled rancid as soon as I opened it (I guess due to the heat and the liposome oil going rancid). They should be a bit more careful with storage temperatures.

Estoy muy contenta con este hierro liposomado ya que se absorbe mucho mejor y no genera problemas gastrointestinales. Como única pega, el último bote que compré olía según lo abrí como a rancio (me imagino que por el calor y el aceite de los liposomas se habrá enranciado). Deberían cuidar algo más las temperaturas de almacenaje.
