You can tell they are high quality from the very first moment: they have an intense, natural aroma and a deep, slightly toasted flavor that enhances any recipe. I use them daily in my breakfast, mixing them with yogurt, fruits or in my smoothies, and I also add them to homemade bread or as a topping in Asian dishes.
