Psyllium husk powder - 340g

Really good for digestion

An excellent source of soluble fibre that really helps support gut health. The powder dissolves easily in water or shakes, and the 340 g pack lasts a long time. Great value for money.

Psyllium husk powder - 340g

Idea for irritable colon

I take it to help in irritable bowel crises and the improvement is quite noticeable. It can also be used as a gluten substitute in breads and pastries for celiacs because it helps to bind the mixture.

Psyllium husk powder - 340g

Good, but I prefer hsn

The product is great, for quality price I prefer the one from hsn which was no longer available. The jar like the tablet jar is not the best for the powder, but just decant it into a screw-top jar.
