Estroblock Care - Hormonal regulation for total estrogen control
Estroblock Care by EssentialSeries is an HSN proprietary formula in plant-based capsules, created with a blend of 3 key ingredients, including Vitamin B6 to support hormonal regulation. Estroblock Care is the ideal food supplement for anyone seeking hormonal balance through estrogen control.
The composition of Estroblock Care has been developed after years of scientific research into the ideal combination of compounds to maximise effectiveness. We’ve selected a high-concentration broccoli flower extract (standardised to 40% I3C); high-purity calcium D-glucarate; and bioavailable Vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride. The best blend for your wellbeing!
Estroblock Care is a formula from HSN’s Care product line that is compatible with all diets, as it is free from allergens and animal-derived ingredients, making it entirely suitable for vegan diets.

A simple formula, but: Complete and Effective
The composition of Estroblock Care includes a combination of 3 key compounds, in effective amounts to maximise their benefits. These are:
- Broccoli flower extract (30:1) (40% indole-3-carbinol) (Brassica oleracea).
- Calcium D-glucarate.
- 5mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride.
We’ve carefully selected the elements in our formula to create an authentic complex for hormonal regulation, without using harmful or controversial compounds, only active ingredients that are completely safe, with reliability reports and significant scientific research supporting their use.
The ingredients are highly effective and precisely measured; for instance, the 400mg of Indole-3-Carbinol is the most studied and recommended dose in scientific research on this natural compound found in cruciferous vegetables.
I3C (Indole-3-Carbinol) - The Key Compound: Get to know it
Indole-3-Carbinol (Indole-3-Carbinol or I3C) is a glucosinolate compound found in large quantities in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and kale.
It is naturally produced in these vegetables through the action of myrosinase, which breaks down glucobrassicin, a glucosinolate native to crucifers; after a series of transformations, it becomes I3C.
Once ingested, I3C is biotransformed through acidic catalysis into active oligomeric I3C metabolites, which include well-known derivative compounds.
Scientific research into I3C continues to expand, and currently there are over 640 articles associated with the mesh term 'indole-3-carbinol' in the US National Library of Medicine, part of the US National Center for Biotechnology Information, dating back to 1978.
Amazing, right?
With Calcium Glucarate, what does science say?
Calcium D-glucarate is the calcium salt of D-Glucaric acid, a compound to which the nutritional and functional properties of this mineral salt are attributed.
D-Glucaric acid is a natural substance produced by mammals, including humans.
It can also be found in various fruits and vegetables such as oranges, apples, grapes, and cruciferous vegetables.
After consumption, glucarate converts into D-glucaro-1,4-lactone, a metabolite of high nutritional interest.
High dose of Vitamin B6 for hormonal regulation
Estroblock Care contains 5mg of Pyridoxine HCl.
This dose equates to 4.2mg of pure Vitamin B6, providing a high intake of this nutrient. This amount is included because it is the primary nutritional compound associated with hormonal regulation.
The amount of Vitamin B6 in Estroblock Care is completely safe, and compatible with a regular diet where other food supplements containing Vitamin B6 can be included without the risk of overexposure.
Safety and quality guarantees always from HSN!
Additives and HSN - How do we approach our formula development?
At HSN, we only use the strictly necessary additives in our formulas.
This means that the additives in our food supplements in capsules, like Estroblock Care, are kept to an absolute minimum, with only those required to keep the product in capsule form and maintain the powder inside in optimal condition from the first opening to the last dose, even when storage conditions at home are less than ideal.
We don’t make our capsules opaque, we don’t add colour or try to hide anything, and we don’t use unnecessary additives. We prefer our plant-based capsules to be transparent, like us, so you get only what you seek and need, nothing else.
Who is Estroblock Care recommended for? Is it for me?
Estroblock Care is a key formula for hormonal control and regulation. Anyone concerned with estrogen balance can benefit from using it, though the groups most likely to be interested are:
- Bodybuilders and weightlifters looking to manage estrogen levels.
- Women interested in estrogenic hormonal regulation.
