Ingredients
L-methionine (produced through a plant fermentation process), vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc citrate, maltodextrin, D-biotin (biotin).

Great product not easy to find especially in capsules and at this price. But supplement it consciously because of course methionine is essential in so many processes but you have to know what those processes are!
