Dishes prepared with love for you - What do you feel like eating today?
Discover all the Fit options you have at your fingertips to eat a variety of food
Sometimes, one of the usual drawbacks of diets for athletes and people who follow a high-protein diet based on real, natural foods and who are not particularly interested in cooking, is that they end up being diets based on eating rice with chicken with no flavour of any kind, at most, some spices used when the chicken is grilled.
At HSN, we want to offer you what you are most used to, rice with chicken, but with a couple of alternatives (bulgur + chicken / pasta + chicken). Thus renewing your boiled rice recipe with grilled chicken for more elaborate and tasty preparations, using leaner and juicier parts of the chicken.
Enjoy international dishes with delicious fit sauces but with fewer calories than traditional sauces. At HSN we have combined healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet, and the same taste as always with natural ingredients, without artificial flavourings.
The following recipes are Fit-Ready Meals options by HSN:
- Bulgur with chicken in French-style mustard sauce.
- Rice with chicken in Indian-style curry sauce.
- Rice with chicken in Asian-style sauce.
- Rice with chicken in Mexican-style spicy sauce.
- Pasta with chicken in Italian-style sauce.

Fit Recipes - Are these the dishes I'm looking for? Benefits of having them in your pantry
Convenient and easy to prepare - You don't need to be a cook to eat well.
Many people love cooking, spend time preparing their meals with fresh ingredients, and even look for new additions to their pantry to constantly innovate. Others, however, do not, and there is nothing wrong with that.
It is common for athletes who spend a lot of time training, or who train while maintaining a high-protein diet, work or study, to eat white rice, chicken, lean cold meat, egg whites, etc. Although this is normal, this type of diet is boring.
With HSN-ready meals you can break the monotony. They allow a food lover in a hurry to eat an exotic, delicious and healthy dish without investing a lot of time, and for a person who doesn't usually cook to remember what it's like to eat with a sauce that isn't ketchup or barbecue zero.
Don't worry, because the sauces they contain are not calorific, they have hardly any nutritional impact. However, the flavour they bring is another level. Perhaps, after trying them, you will decide to replace several meals a week regularly with our recipes.
To prepare them, you don't need anything. The tray can be placed directly in the microwave at maximum power for 2 and a half minutes, and it's ready to eat!
You can also empty the contents of the trays into a frying pan and heat them over medium heat for 10 minutes, the result is the same.
No fridge needed - They can be stored for months in the pantry
Another common problem for people on high-protein diets is that they tend to have a fridge full of meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and cheese.
If you don't have enough space in your fridge or you're tired of other brands' ready meals that require refrigeration and take up a lot of space, at HSN we make it easy for you.
Our dishes, packaged in a protective atmosphere, are kept at room temperature. Thanks to the thermal sterilisation of the dish after packaging, they do not require refrigeration for microbiological safety or to maintain their optimum flavour for months.
In any case, you have to store them properly as they are ready meals. Although they don't need a fridge, it doesn't mean that you can leave them anywhere. So we recommend you follow these instructions to get the most out of their flavour:
- Store the tray without removing the cardboard covering it. On it, you will find information such as its macros, or ingredients, as well as helping you to identify the dish you are going to eat.
- Do not pierce the tray. It seems obvious but do not open it. Do not remove the plastic that seals the tray, as this is what creates the protective atmosphere that allows the dish to be preserved. When you open a tray, you have to prepare it for consumption.
- Store the trays in a place away from light and heat, as these are external aggressors that negatively affect the preservation of the dishes. Do not store trays in cupboards above the cooking area, as the moisture from the steam from the pans adversely affects the food.
As you can see, you only have to consider a few things to ensure that your ready meals are preserved optimally. Much easier than recipes that require a fridge.
They fix a meal in a hurry - You have them ready in less than 3 minutes
Although ready meals can be used every day as part of your regular diet, as they are nutritionally healthy options, with delicious flavours and a wide variety so that you don't have to repeat meals every day, many people keep them in their pantry as a handy tool to use when they are in a hurry.
Imagine that you have an appointment in an hour, and you have to get dressed, go to the place... And you haven't eaten yet; you may not have time to cook, or you may end up just making a turkey sandwich to go quickly, but why limit yourself like that?
HSN ready meals are a more practical solution, as they are ready in 2.5 minutes in the microwave.
Remove the cardboard covering the tray and recycle it in the blue container, pierce or open the plastic lid that seals the tray and heat it for 2.30 min, while you're getting dressed.
When you're ready, so is your HSN Fit recipe. Ready to remove the plastic lid and eat straight off the tray, no mess, no scrubbing. Your dish is ready in 2 minutes and it's not a sandwich, you've eaten a good portion of nutritionally balanced and delicious food.
In just 15 minutes! And you are ready to leave home having eaten as if you had prepared the dish yourself.
Good portions - Each tray contains 420g of food. Satiety assured
Portion size is always an issue, as it cannot be too large, as this would contribute to food waste, nor too small, as HSN does not sell ready-made meals to make people go hungry.
And while our ready meals can be a convenient first course as part of a menu, they are also recipes that can be eaten as a full meal, with a low-fat yoghurt for dessert, for example, accompanied by our protein bread.
Each tray has 420g of food, which is a generous portion that can be divided in half between two people with a normal appetite, if used as a first course. As a single dish, it is perfect for one person, and serves as lunch or dinner; or as a snack.
Enjoy HSN ready meals in a balanced way, with generous portions of food without being too much.
International style! So that you never repeat, choose yours
HSN's Fit recipes are inspired by traditional dishes from around the world. Although the bases are similar in that we use rice, pasta and bulgur with chicken, the sauces are uniquely inspired by the cuisine of different countries.
Enjoy the one you like best:
- France: mustard sauce.
- India: curry sauce.
- Asia: soy sauce.
- Mexico: spicy vegetable and bean sauce.
- Italy: tomato sauce.
You can choose from the different options available for Fit ready meals, and you don't have to worry about calories as the nutritional variation between the dishes is insignificant. So buy one or several units of each of them and keep them in your pantry so you can eat in a delicious, varied and healthy way.
Don't repeat meals! Enjoy variety with HSN ready meals.
100% natural ingredients, no additives
It is normal to have doubts about the preparation process of the recipes, because when a dish is precooked, it is usually associated with large quantities of unhealthy ingredients, additives and preservatives.
However, you won't find this in HSN recipes, as our preparation is traditional, using real ingredients, without preservatives, colours or other additives in their composition. The preservation is natural thanks to its thermal sterilisation and its protective atmosphere with the film covering the tray.
Enjoy delicious and healthy dishes without additives that you wouldn't use in your kitchen.
We check your macros - High-protein recipes
All types of HSN ready meals share common nutritional characteristics, among which are the following:
In our recipes, we always use one or more foods characteristically high in protein, such as the meats in our Fit and Gourmet dishes, or the combination of legumes and grains in our Veggie recipes.
HSN-ready meals are characterised by their high protein content, ideal for athletes' balanced diets and for people who want to take care of their protein diet.
All HSN dishes are prepared traditionally with real food, without additives.
- Complex carbohydrate supply
We always choose complex carbohydrates for our recipes: pasta, rice, buckwheat and buckwheat derivatives.
Enjoy dishes that are full of energy, with a carbohydrate content that, while adequate (i.e. not suitable for keto diets), is not excessive. So they are a great option for people who are watching their calorie intake because they are cutting/losing weight, or trying to keep their body weight or fat in check.
- Low in sugar and saturated fat.
At HSN we are fully aware, thanks to our team of nutritionists who keep up to date with the latest scientific evidence, of public health policies to reducing the consumption of sugars and saturated fats. Nutrients whose excessive consumption contributes to the development of diseases such as metabolic syndrome, and all that it encompasses (hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, etc.).
With our recipes, of course, we were not going to contribute to increasing a global problem. So all our dishes are prepared, without compromising on taste, with healthy fat sources, such as unrefined rapeseed oil; and low-sugar, complex carbohydrate sources.
Enjoy a healthy way of taking care of yourself with HSN's Fit recipes.
Why use rapeseed oil? Debunking the myth!
Rapeseed oil has a very negative reputation, which is partly unjustified.
The rapeseed oil problem was rooted in a massive poisoning of the Spanish population in the 1980s, who bought rapeseed oil from street vendors, produced and marketed without control, masquerading as olive oil. This rapeseed oil had been denatured and obtained from rapeseeds that had been treated with a pesticide hazardous to human health. All this happened because with the rising cost of olive oil, irresponsible farmers profited from the camouflage of rapeseed oil as cheap olive oil.
After this scandal, rapeseed oil has been the result of unfounded fear, because what happened has nothing to do with rapeseed or rapeseed oil, but with the irresponsible practice of businessmen many years ago, where sanitary control was lower, and this could have happened with any other oil.
Another reason why rapeseed oil is perceived negatively is because as a vegetable oil, it is hydrogenated in industrial bakery products for industrial use; refining it completely to obtain a completely transparent, tasteless and odourless oil. These processes damage the nutritional composition of rapeseed oil.
But that is not really what rapeseed oil is. Rapeseed oil is considered the olive oil of Northern Europe, and is a seed oil with a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are considered to be heart-healthy. We use unrefined rapeseed oil in our recipes, which is why they are low in saturated fats, because our rapeseed oil is not transaturated, it is unrefined rapeseed oil.
The reason we used rapeseed oil and not olive oil is because our dishes are prepared in Poland, as can be seen from the oval marking on the back of the 'PL' packaging, and rapeseed oil is a widely used source of healthy fats in Polish households. When we considered the different options of oils we could use to prepare our dishes, rapeseed oil was the best choice, due to its availability, viability, nutritional (healthy) composition and stability (as unlike other seed oils, it is an oil resistant to rancidity of its fatty acids).
Do you like spicy food? We can help you choose!
Our Fit recipes are characterised by powerful flavours in their sauces, thanks to the use of ingredients with an outstanding umami profile, and the use of a wide variety of spices.
We are spicy lovers, and many of our recipes have a noticeable pungency. That's why we want to help you choose which dish to pick based on your spiciness tolerance. We are going to present you the order of spiciness of the dishes, from spicier to less spicy, along with an explanation of how spicy you can perceive the different types of recipes so that you can choose without fear of making a mistake.
- Pasta with chicken in Italian-style sauce.
- Rice with chicken in Mexican-style spicy sauce.
- Rice with chicken in Asian-style sauce.
- Rice with chicken in Indian-style curry sauce.
- Bulgur with chicken in French-style mustard sauce.
If you are a spicy lover, all our dishes are for you, as they all have at least a slight aftertaste of pungent spices, although options such as the French style are hardly spicy at all.
If you can't stand the most intense spiciness, don't buy the Italian and Mexican-style recipes. Both have an intense spicy flavour rated by our testers as 4 and 3.5 out of 5 respectively. So these two recipes are especially aimed at the bravest HSN lovers, those who can't do without cayenne in their recipes.
Asian and Indian dishes have strong flavours in both cases, but their spiciness is more moderate, around 3 out of 5. If you like spiciness, but don't want your mouth to burn when you eat, they are a good balance for most people, with a pleasant spiciness even if you are not a spicy lover.
And finally, the French-style recipe is very mild, with a barely perceptible spiciness, rated 1 out of 5, perfect for people who don't like it spicy. Thanks to the smooth and creamy mustard sauce you can enjoy a delicious taste without pungency.
How can a natural dish last for months without a refrigerator?
We understand this question, since the marketing of our first dishes we have been asked this question many times: 'How can it be that if I prepare a recipe at home and store it, I have to throw it away in just a few days, while your dishes, even without a refrigerator, can be kept for months without going bad?' We answer you:
You should bear in mind that to achieve this, we haven't used any additives, our recipes are natural. But even though they are inspired by traditional preparation, we don't stop using industrial production processes that we use for the benefit of the consumers of the ready meals, what does this mean?
That we have created a system of preservation at room temperature, effective and without additives; but it has conditions.
Our trays keep for months, but if you open them, if you pierce them or remove the film that covers them, the dishes become like the ones you prepare at home, and if you don't keep them in the fridge they go bad, or even with a fridge, in a few days they are no longer edible.
This is because the preservation of our recipes is due to their protective atmosphere which is generated by a process called 'thermal sterilisation'. It is natural and consists of eliminating the micro-organisms completely from the dish through a rapid (industrial) raising of the temperature to above 100ºC and then cooling it abruptly to seal the tray afterwards.
This process is what allows our natural recipes to be preserved, without a fridge, for months, and without additives. This is what sets them apart from the recipes you can cook at home.
